Why Do I Always Feel So
Angry?
Why do I feel angry all the time? Most likely we have all asked
ourselves this question at least at one point in our lives.
There is no easy way to answer it, but rather to look deep into
your own mind and at least try to find the
answers.
Completely taking charge of your life is virtually impossible,
for the reason that we all have constraints and rules that we
must follow. This
fact may be what causes anger on you, maybe because of the
experience with a very rigid or strict parent or other
authority figure.
We all have commitments to uphold, rules to follow, people to
deal with, and bad conditions to live
through.
Anger could occur for many reasons, but it is very
important to learn how to cope with your
anger. You
could either allow your anger to be destructive, or you
can work through it and become a happier, more stable
person.
Anger is unavoidable. It is better to learn
effective coping techniques to reduce anger, rather than to let
anger overtake you and negatively affect you and those in your
life.
Anxiety and depression are commonly related to those who
experience a great deal of anger. There are ways to treat these
problems that might get you on a road to more
balance.
For example, if you are suffering from anxiety attacks, try
consulting a therapist, who can prescribe a treatment called
Buspirione, which treats anxiety with minimal side
causes. And if you
are suffering with Depression, your therapist could prescribe
one of many serotonin-specific reuptake inhibitors that have
practically no risks.
You might also want to consider the natural
route.
Something like Kava Kava is a great herbal remedy for
relieving stress and anxiety. Additionally, regular
exercise and a healthy diet can help to offset the causes
of these disorders.
Begin off slowly, and build up to a regular routine that fits
into your schedule. Getting healthy will renew
your attitude, which is great solution if you need help
controlling your anger.
Another good way to deal with anger is by writing down your
feelings, frustrations, and thoughts. You could return to them,
reread them, and consider them, which can help you deal with
the issues.
If you're a parent, you know that children can irritate your
nerves sometimes.
If this is a problem for you, consider getting away for a
little to regenerate. You could have a trusted
family member or a friend watch them for a couple hours, or a
few days, so you can get away and regroup.
Do something that you enjoy. Go for a walk, go shopping,
anything that can help you relax. Keeping in check with your
emotions helps to avoid angry outbursts that can have adverse
effects on your children. You will become a better
parent for it ultimately.
Every time you do something well, or perform a good deed,
reward yourself.
This encourages a positive attitude around
you.
Alternatively, if you make a mistake, don't beat yourself up
about it. Remind
yourself that you are human and that all humans make
mistakes. Try to
learn from your mistakes and move forward. Also, do not let others be
down on you. Tell
them if someone is not being fair, or treating you
poorly.
There are many ways to treat anger in your
life. You
will have to take the first step. If you can take control
of your anger, you will have control of your life as
well.
